Jonathan Aguirre
Founder & CEO
Jon Aguirre is the President of Bravo16. He provides leadership and supervision to all company security operations.

Jon is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was assigned to Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. He led a team of 12 marines on 2 deployments in Afghanistan, where they served as a Quick Reaction Force (QRF) responding to all immediate threats. Jon is a highly decorated Marine for his valor in service, including an Afghanistan Campaign Medal with 2 Bronze Service Stars for his 2 tours, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, among others.

Jon is skilled in de-escalating high-stress situations and has extensive experience in leadership, managerial, and operational excellence in physical security, executive protection, and active threat protection. From a technology perspective, Jon takes a hands-on approach to providing clients with comprehensive solutions, including security system design, integration, and customer training. He has proven success in building and maintaining relationships in diverse work environments to achieve organizational goals.

Prior to Bravo16, Jon was the Midwest Regional Operations Manager for a large security firm, overseeing the Midwest and portions of Canada. He managed relationships with high-end retailers, including the largest tech company in the world. Jon began his security career as an Operations Manager with responsibility for 50 accounts. During this time, he partnered with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, created service level agreements, and provided training for fellow officers.

Jon earned his BA from Loyola University.
